About Me
I’m Lance Heyward, a certified personal trainer focused on transforming more than just bodies..I help people level up their mindset and lifestyle. My fitness journey started at 10 years old with a pair of 5-pound dumbbells from my dad. That moment sparked a lifelong passion that carried through high school football, where I built a foundation in strength, discipline, and performance. I started training clients in 2014 and went all-in in 2018.
Since then, I’ve helped men and women get real, lasting results—whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, or becoming stronger and more confident overall. I’ve also dealt with injuries that took me out of the gym, so I understand setbacks firsthand. I know how to rebuild..not just physically, but mentally..and I bring that perspective to every client I work with. My coaching style is all about motivation, accountability, and pushing you past limits you didn’t think were possible. Seeing my clients grow in confidence and consistency is what drives me.
